1. We are not a solar installer

sose.ai is operated by Gold Alien, LLC. We are an independent lead generation and information service. We do not:

Install, service, maintain, or repair solar panels, batteries, inverters, or any related equipment
Hold any contractor's, electrical, or roofing license in any state
Manufacture, sell, lease, or finance solar equipment
Provide warranty coverage, equipment guarantees, or service contracts

Any installation, financing, or contract you enter is solely between you and a third-party solar company. We are not a party to that contract, do not receive payments for it, and do not supervise the work.

2. Estimates are not quotes

Any dollar figures, savings projections, rooftop measurements, sun-exposure scores, payback periods, or utility-rate comparisons shown on sose.ai are non-binding estimates generated from:

Google Solar API (building insights and solar potential)
OpenEI URDB (utility tariff database, U.S. Department of Energy)
NREL PVWatts (National Renewable Energy Laboratory modeling)
Public building permit and parcel records
Assumptions about average equipment efficiency, installation cost, and behavior

Actual savings, installation cost, equipment specs, and financing terms depend entirely on:

The installer you choose
The specific system designed for your home
Your utility's current and future rates
Local, state, and federal incentives (which change frequently)
Weather, shading, and panel degradation over time
Your financing method (cash, loan, lease, PPA)

3. Tax credits and incentives

We may reference the federal Residential Clean Energy Credit (currently 30% through 2032), state rebates, utility programs, SRECs, or net metering. We are not tax advisors. 4. Financing

We do not originate, underwrite, broker, or fund loans. Any financing offers come from third-party lenders or the installer you choose. Loan terms (APR, fees, dealer fees, prepayment penalties) vary and may significantly affect total cost.

Utility rates shown are pulled from the OpenEI URDB and represent the then-current published tariff. Utilities change rates, tiers, and net-metering rules. Always verify with your utility's most recent bill and their current rate schedule.

6. Roof, structural, and electrical suitability

Solar estimates on sose.ai do not evaluate:

Structural integrity or load-bearing capacity of your roof
Roof age, condition, or remaining useful life
Electrical panel capacity or upgrade needs
HOA, permit, interconnection, or AHJ (authority-having-jurisdiction) approvals

These assessments require a licensed inspection by an installer or engineer.

When you submit a lead, your information is shared with up to four Marketing Partners who may contact you by phone, SMS, or email. Each is an independent company.
