1. Your right to opt out

You can revoke consent to be contacted by sose.ai at any time. The FCC's April 2025 revocation rule requires that we:

  • Honor any reasonable method of revocation (reply STOP, email, phone, form submission)
  • Process the opt-out within 10 business days
  • Confirm the opt-out with a single final message

2. How to opt out

National Do-Not-Call Registry

You may also add your number to the federal DNC Registry at donotcall.gov. sose.ai scrubs against the DNC weekly.

3. What happens when you opt out

Within 10 business days (FCC requirement)

  1. Your contact information is added to our internal DNC list (phone, email, and address)
  2. We push the opt-out to all Marketing Partners that received your lead in the prior 90 days
  3. All active outbound campaigns stop targeting your number/email
  4. One final confirmation message may be sent (SMS or email)

What we keep

Even after opt-out, we retain:

  • Your opt-out request (indefinitely; required by TCPA/DNC law)
  • The original consent record that led to the contact (5 years; required for compliance defense)

What ends

  • All marketing calls, texts, emails from sose.ai
  • Lead re-transmission to new Marketing Partners
  • Inclusion in retargeting audiences (Meta, Google)

Note: Marketing Partners we already transmitted your lead to are separate companies with their own opt-out processes. You may need to opt out with them directly. We will forward your request, but we do not control their systems.

4. Partial opt-out

You can request a limited opt-out:

  • Stop sharing with partners, keep sose.ai emails only: email privacy@sose.ai with subject "Partners only opt-out"
  • Stop texts only, keep emails: reply "STOP TEXTS" or specify in your email
  • Stop one partner, not others: specify the partner name in your email
