Terms of Service — sose.ai

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding contract between you and Gold Alien, LLC ("sose," "we," "us"). By using sose.ai (the "Service"), submitting a form, or interacting with our AI chat, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident. You must be the homeowner, or authorized to act on behalf of the homeowner, at the address you submit.

3. What the Service is (and is not)

sose.ai is a lead generation and information service. We collect basic information about your home and connect you with independent, third-party solar installation and financing companies ("Marketing Partners").

We are not:

  • A solar panel installer, contractor, or manufacturer
  • A licensed electrician, roofer, or home inspector
  • A lender, broker, insurance agent, or financial advisor
  • A utility company or government agency

Savings estimates, utility rates, and roof measurements shown on the Service are non-binding approximations generated from public data and modeling APIs (Google Solar API, OpenEI URDB, NREL). Actual savings depend on equipment, installer pricing, financing, weather, and utility tariff changes. See the full Disclaimer.

4. Your representations

By submitting a lead, you represent that:

  • The information you provide is true and accurate
  • The phone number you provide belongs to you and is one at which you can be reached
  • You are the account holder (or authorized user) for the phone number and email
  • You consent to be contacted as described in our TCPA Consent Language

5. Consent to contact

You expressly consent to receive communications from sose.ai and our Marketing Partners at the phone number and email you provide, including by automatic telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and SMS/MMS. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time per our Opt-Out Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, stolen, or third-party information
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, text, branding, and the sose name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by U.S. and international IP laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You get no other rights.

8. Third-party content and partners

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, pricing, workmanship, or communications of Marketing Partners or any third party. Any contract you enter with a solar installer is between you and that installer. We do not endorse any specific partner.

9. Compensation

Marketing Partners pay sose.ai a fee when we deliver a qualified lead. You do not pay sose.ai anything. This arrangement is disclosed here and in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SAVINGS ESTIMATES WILL BE ACHIEVED, THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY PARTNER WILL CONTACT YOU.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOSE.AI, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS OFFICERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless sose.ai, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) information you submitted being false or unauthorized.

13. Arbitration agreement and class action waiver

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS SECTION AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in [COUNTY, STATE] or by video conference at your election.

You and sose.ai each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Arbitration is on an individual basis only.

Opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@sose.ai within 30 days of first using the Service, with your name, address, and a clear statement that you want to opt out of arbitration.

Exceptions: either party may bring claims in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 13, the exclusive venue for any action is [COUNTY, STATE].

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnification, arbitration, governing law) survive.

17. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement: These Terms, plus the Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, are the entire agreement between you and us.
  • Severability: If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction.
  • Electronic communications: You consent to receive communications from us electronically.
